Instructions
Step 1
Blend the white beans, plant-based milk, nutritional yeast and salt until smooth
Step 2
Add tapioca, garlic powder, onion powder and celery salt. Blend one more time to mix all ingredients together.
Step 3
In a pan, cook over low heat till the "cheese" gets to the desired consistency.
Step 4
Keep in the fridge for a two to three days. When reheated the "cheese" will melt again.
