Ingredients

0.5can pumpkin
2bananas
¼ cupmaple syrup
2eggs
1 tspvanilla
¾ cGreek yogurt
1 scoopvanilla protein powder
1 tspbaking soda
2 tspbaking powder
½ tsppumpkin pie spice
2 coat flour
Crumb Topping
Instructions
Step 1
Start by preheating the oven to 350°F and greasing or lining 12 muffin cups, or 6 large muffin cups, or a loaf pan.
Step 2
Mash bananas and blend with pumpkin, eggs, maple syrup, greek yogurt, and vanilla.
Step 3
In a separate bowl mix flour, protein order, baking powder and soda, and pumpkin pie spice.
Step 4
Slowly add flour in 2 or 3 batches until mixed and then optionally you can add cinnamon or chocolate chips. Spoon or scrape into desired baking pans.
Step 5
Mix all crumb topping ingredients and crumble or spoon onto each muffin/ loaf. Then bake for 13-30 min.
