Instructions
Step 1
Add avocado oil and two diced sweet potatoes to a hot skillet and cook for about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Make a hole in the center and add 1 pound of ground turkey, breaking it up and mixing it with the sweet potatoes.

Add 3 cloves of garlic, 1/2 white onion, pinch of salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano, and mix together.
Step 4
Add broccoli and a little bit of water to help steam the broccoli.
Step 5
Grate in some Parmesan cheese and mix together.

Make the hot honey mustard sauce by whisking together 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of yellow mustard, 1/2 cup Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons hot honey, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.

Drizzle the sauce over the skillet and top with fresh herbs like chives
