Ingredients

1 x 10.5 ozcan condensed cream of chlcken soup
½ cupcottage cheese
½ cupsour cream
4 ozcream cheese
softened
1 ½ tspCreole seasoning
plus more for garnish
1 tspgarlic powder
½ tsponion powder
4 cupschicken
shredded cooked, from 1 rotisserie chicken
¼ cupfresh parsley
chopped, plus more for garnish
30buttery round crackers
crushed
¼ cupunsalted butter
melted
1 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir together condensed soup, cottage cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, Creole seasoning, ½ tsp. garlic powder, and the onion powder in a medium bowl until smooth. Fold in chicken and parsley until evenly coated.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, stir together crushed crackers, melted butter, and remaining ½ tsp. garlic powder.
Step 3
Spoon chicken mixture evenly into a 2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella and the cracker mixture.
Step 4
Put baking dish on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake until crackers are golden brown and edges are bubbly, about 35 minutes. Garnish with additional Creole seasoning and parsley. Let stand 5-10 before serving.
