250gBlood tofu
200gudon noodles
4 stalksCelery
or broccoli stem
1onion
3garlic cloves
1 Tbspginger
2 Tbspchinese cooking wine
1 Tbspcornstarch
For the sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Cut celery, onion, and blood tofu into thin sticks.
Step 2
Boil udon noodles for a few minutes, then drain and put under cold water in a collander.
Step 3
Boil blood tofu with a bit of salt and wine for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Mix sauce ingredients together.
Step 5
Stir fry celery.
Step 6
Stir fry onion, ginger and garlic.
Step 7
Stir fry blood tofu.
Step 8
Stir fry noodles.
Step 9
Add sauce, bring to a simmer, add cornstarch slurry.
