For lemon vinaigrette
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the beetroot on medium heat for 45 mins or until it c be easily pierced through with a knife
Step 2
The skin cam be easily peeled off. After removing the skin of the beetroots,chopped the beetroot into cubes and do the same with the feta cheese.
Step 3
Roughly chop the parsley.
Step 4
Combine beetroot, feta cheese, parsley with the lemon vinaigrette.
Step 5
For lemon vinaigrette mix all ingredients together in a bowl and whisk slightly.
