Instructions

Step 1
Simmer potatoes until tender, steam dry, then smash and roast or air fry until crisp.
Step 2
Whisk tahini, miso, sesame oil, lime, mayo, and water until smooth.
Step 3
Scoop cucumber seeds, slice into half moons, slice green onions, and add your greens.
Step 4
Toss the crispy potatoes with the salad veggies and sesame mayo dressing. Top with sesame seeds and a drizzle of chili oil.
