Step 1
Soak rice for 30 mins
Step 2
Grind the greens and make it as a paste
Step 3
Pour oil in a pan and saute the dry items
Step 4
Add onion, salt, green chilli and saute well
Step 5
Add ginger garlic paste and cook until raw smell goes away
Step 6
Add tomato and saute until it becomes gravt
Step 7
Add the green paste and saute well.
Add chilli powder and karunanithi masala.
Step 8
Add chopped veges and cook for a min or 2
Step 9
Make up 5.5 cups of add water and gravy.
Step 10
Add rice and the water
Step 11
Cook in the pressure cooker or in open until the water is absorbed by the rice and put it in the over at 180deg celsius for 20 mins coveres with foil and lid
