Instructions
Step 1
Brown meat with onions and peppers in a large skillet. Add diced tomatoes and simmer.
Step 2
Transfer to a crockpot or 8 - 10 quart pot. Add all other items. Cook on low for at least one hour and up 4 hours.

Add water as necessary and be sure to scrape the sides of the pot periodically to keep the chili from sticking. *Substitute your favorite types of beans for those listed above, if you wish.
