Layered enchiladas with beef and red enchilada sauce. can be substituted for verde sauce and/or chicken. Used queso quesadilla cheese in this recipe but preference is fine

Ingredients

0.75cream cheese
8 ozsour cream
⅓ cuponion
2 x 10 ozcans of red enchilada sauce
1 lbbeef
⅓ cupverde salsa
pepper
Seasonings
chili powder
garlic powder
onion powder
minced garlic
Beef bullion powder
lime juice
12corn tortillas
4 cupscheese
Instructions
Step 1
Brown a pound of ground beef
Step 2
Drain juices, add minced garlic and chili powder at the end
Step 3
Place sour cream and cream cheese in microwave safe bowl in 15-30 second intervals until melted
Step 4
Mix in cooked beef, verde sauce, seasonings, 1/2-1 teaspoon of beef bullion powder, chopped onion and sprinkle in some lime juice into melted cream mix

Prep corn tortillas by cutting them in half
Step 6
Spray 9x13 baking dish
Step 7

Make first layer of tortillas on bottom of dish, the flat side facing out
Step 8

Split the mix into 3 sections and add one section on top of tortillas layer and spread
Step 9

Add a layer of cheese
Step 10

Add enchilada sauce
Step 11

Repeat steps 7-10, layering tortillas, mix, cheese, sauce
Step 12

Last layer is tortillas, mix, sauce, cheese, I usually add extra cheese
Step 13
Preheat over to 350, pop it in until cheese is melted around 20-25 minutes
