Homemade Hoisin Sauce
This sauce is very tasty. We use it as a peanut sauce on konjac noodles and with duck and green onion in wraps for lazy Peking duck. Of course we also love it in the recipe for chicken wraps on the sugarfreechic site where I found it.

Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Whiz until fully blended. Refrigerate to let flavours develop. You can skip the blender but I find it can take a while to whisk the peanut butter completely through the sauce.
