Instructions
Step 1
Slice up chicken and brown mushrooms

In a pan add butter with garlic and melt

Add chicken and mushroom and fry until browned

turn off the heat and move pan contents to a bowl

in a measuring jug add two egg yolks and whisk until smooth

bring milk to simmer in the pan we just used
Step 7
once the milk bubbles, take the pan and VERY slowly drop wise add the milk to the egg yolks while whisking vigerously

once all the milk is combined with the egg yolks and not scrambled, add the egg and milk mixture to the pan with the cheese which should be chopped very finely before adding, melt the cheese while mixing the mixture constantly until smooth
Step 9
Add the chicken and mushrooms back to pan
Step 10
Cook the noodles per package instructions and add to the pan
Step 11
combine over low heat distributing the components equally throughout the noodles
Step 12
Serve in a wide bowl and consume immediately
