Beef Paprikash w/ sweet potatoes & Noodles

8 steps
Prep:15minCook:30min
From the book: Beef Paprikash is one of the homiest dishes you'll find. The antidote to a rough day, a hot bowl of Paprikash topped with sour cream is meant to be savored slowly with those you love. This version is rich with sweet potatoes, steak, paprika, and egg noodles - exactly what the doctor ordered on a cold, dark night. Recommended pairing of a medium Côtes du Rhône or a Belgian ale.
