⅓ cupwhole wheat pastry flour

¼ cupdark chocolate chips

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
Whisk wet ingredients: In a medium bowl, mix tahini, olive oil, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
Step 3
Add dry ingredients: Stir in cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined (do not overmix).
Step 4
Fold in chocolate chips or nuts.
Step 5
Pour into pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Step 6
Bake for 22–25 minutes, until set at the edges but still slightly fudgy in the center. Don't over bake they should look slightly underdone when you remove them.
Step 7
Cool completely before cutting — the texture becomes extra moist as it rests.
