White Chicken Chili (Cheryl)
Original recipe calls for 3 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp cayenne

Ingredients

2 lbchicken
cooked, diced
1onion
medium-large, chopped
48 ozchicken broth
2 x 16 ozcan Great Northern Beans
or other white beans
2 x 4 ozcan diced green chiles
2 tspminced garlic
2 tspchili powder
2 tsporegano
1 tspcumin
¼ tspcayenne
or tabasco
1 cupmilk
2 cupselbow macaroni
pre-cook al dente and set aside
½ cupsour cream
2 cupsshredded cheese
cheddar or jack
cilantro
for serving
sour cream

Instructions
Step 1
Saute onions in oil. Add remaining ingredients, except macaroni. Bring to boil/simmer (can simmer for a bite or just move on to next step). Add the cut-up, pre-cooked chicken; simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Add sour cream and shredded cheese. Heat through.
Step 3
Add macaroni to individual bowls (to avoid soggy pasta). Serve.
