Instructions
Step 1
Soak dried chilis in hot water for about 20 minutes
Step 2

Using a chopper or a mortar crush the dried chilis, garlic, onion and fried anchovy until fine but not blended. Heat oil and fry the items
Step 3

Add in vegetables and fry for a couple for minutes
Step 4

Add in egg and fry gently
Step 5

Add in 2 cups of cooked or overnight rice and black soy sauce. Mix well and Dish out.
