sliced, cremini, baby bella, or white button

2 cupsshredded mozzarella cheese
½ cupgrated Parmesan cheese
½ cuppanko bread crumbs
or regular breadcrumbs

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Sauté the mushrooms: In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 8-10 minutes until they're golden and their liquid has evaporated.

Add the sherry: Pour in the sherry and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the alcohol cooks off and the liquid reduces slightly. Set aside.

Cook the pasta: according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Mix the sauce: In a large bowl, whisk together both cans of soup, sour cream, melted butter, chicken broth, garlic salt, and pepper until well combined.

Combine everything: Stir in the cooked chicken, drained pasta, and mushroom-sherry mixture. Mix until everything is well coated.
