Instructions

Step 1
Heat the oil in a wok over a medium heat

When oil is hot, add garlic, onion, chillis, chicken, stock, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar
Step 3
Stir until the chicken is cooked, about 2 mins
Step 4
Add spring onions and cashew nuts
Step 5
Stir to combine and remove from the heat
