Ingredients

2 tablespoonsolive oil
1 poundground italian sausage
1onion
finely chopped
4cloves garlic
minced
4 cupschicken broth
2 cupswater
1 x 15 ozalfredo sauce
8lasagna noodles
broken into pieces
½ teaspoondried basil
½ teaspoondried oregano
¼ teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
1 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
½ cupgrated parmesan cheese
1 cupricotta cheese
parsley
freshly chopped, for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Cook sausage in olive oil until browned; drain fat.
Step 2
Add onion & garlic, sauté until soft and fragrant.
Step 3
Add broth, water, and Alfredo sauce; stir to combine.
Step 4
Add noodles & seasonings (basil, oregano, red pepper, salt, pepper); simmer 8-10 min until al dente.
Step 5
Stir in mozzarella & Parmesan until melted.
Step 6
Top with ricotta, let warm, and garnish with parsley & extra Parmesan.
