Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease an 11 x 8 baking dish (or one of similar size).
Step 2
Stir together the soup, stock, rice, in your prepared baking dish. Place the chicken on the rice mixture and layer lemon slices over the top of each piece. Cover the baking dish.
Step 3
Bake for 40-60 minutes or until the chicken is done and the rice is tender (it could take a bit longer up to an hour for some for the rice but if it is still liquidy continue baking).
