Instructions
Step 1
Peel and chop the potatoes.
Step 2
Boil potatoes.
Step 3
Season filling adding marinade, herbs, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Coat the dish w/ olive oil and spread the filling into it.
Step 5
Drain the potatoes, add milk and butter along w/ salt and pepper. Mash.
Step 6
Fork surface of dish.
Step 7
Bake.
