Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 160°C (fan 140°C). Line a baking tray with paper.
Step 2
2. Mix oats, Weetbix, coconut, almond meal, seeds, and spices in a bowl.
Step 3
3. Warm honey/maple + oil together slightly, then stir in vanilla.
Step 4
4. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well.
Step 5
5. Spread loosely on tray (don’t press down – you don’t want clusters).
Step 6
6. Bake 15–20 mins, stirring every 5 mins so it toasts evenly and stays crumbly.
Step 7
7. Remove, cool completely, then stir in dried fruit (and finely chopped nuts if using).
