1 Tbspolive oil
700gMinced meat
taco spice
2onions
1bell pepper
5garlic cloves
5 Tbsptomato puree
2 Tbspdijon mustard
50gCorn canned
Tomato canned
Taco chip
grated cheese

Instructions
Lazy Taco Pan
Step 1
Add 1tbs to the pan and cook the minced meat. When the meat is cooked add the taco spice (a splash of water can help evan the spice out).
Step 2
Chop the onions, belled pepper and add to the pan with the meat. Let cook/fry a bit
Step 3
Chop or grain the garlic cloves and add to pan. Add at the same time tomato puree and dijon mustard. Let cook for a bit.
Step 4
Lastly add the canned corn and canned tomato chunks. Let cook as long as possible (we want as much water gone as possible)
Step 5
Alter layers starting with taco chips and then the meat to the casserole. Add the grained chedder cheese and regular cheese on the top. Put in oven until the cheese is golden brown.
Serving
Step 6
Serve the casserole with the sallad and the different dips seperately on the side.
