Easy kid friendly Lasagna
When you need a meal everyone will eat, even good for fussy eaters. Give it a go and let me know what you think. This family meal is budget friendly as this only uses 2 chicken breasts and serves easily 4 adults.
Filling:
1 broccoli (lightly cooked then chopped small)
2 cooked chicken breast (I airfryed mine)
2 tbsp garlic and herb cream cheese (or plain)
150ml milk
A good handful of grated cheese (Parmesan or cheddar)
Tsp garlic/onion powder optional/ black pepper
White sauce:
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
500ml milk
A good handful of cheese (Parmesan or cheddar)
Tsp oregano
Extras:
Lasagna sheets
Cheese to top

Ingredients

Instructions
Step 1
1. Cook broccoli and chicken and set aside. Add other filling ingredients & mix
Step 2
2. Melt your butter, add flour and then stir in milk bit by bit to make a bechamel sauce. Season as you wish and stir in some cheese.
Step 3
3. Layer your lasagna, start with filling, then lasagna sheets and then the white sauce. I got three layers. Making sure you finish with pasta, bechamel then cheese.
Step 4
Cover and bake on 180 degrees c for 30 mins. Remove foil, add cheese and bake uncovered for 15 mins until golden. Serve with salad and garlic bread.
