Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve yeast in 100ml of warm milk, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour.
Step 2
Set aside for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Place flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add the starter, eggs, vanilla, and remaining milk. Knead until smooth (approx. 5-7 minutes, low speed).
Step 4
Gradually add the soft flour and knead for another 5-10 minutes (slow speed)
Step 5
Cover and leave to rise for 1-1.5 hours
Step 6
Divide the dough into parts and add choosen filling (wetting your hands will prevent the dough from sticking to your hands).
Dough is supposed to be sticky (don't add more flour)
Step 7
Cover with a clean towel and leave for 30-40 minutes.
Step 8
Brush the tops of the rolls with milk
Step 9
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 20-25 minutes (until golden brown). In our oven, you need to rotate the baking sheet after 20 minutes.
