Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Marinate chicken with char siu sauce, five-spice powder, ginger, and rice wine vinegar for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove from oven, allow to cool, then slice into long strips.
Step 4
Fill a large, shallow bowl with cold water. One by one, soak a rice paper sheet in cold water for 2 minutes, then drain and lay on a clean cloth.
Step 5
Divide chicken and remaining ingredients equally among the center of each rice paper sheet. Tuck in both sides and roll up securely.
Step 6
Serve with a sweet-chilli dipping sauce and a mixed-leaf salad.
