Instructions
Step 1
Toast Oats in 350° oven for 3-5 minutes (optional)
Step 2
Add oil, brown sugar, and honey to a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer for 2 minutes
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla
Step 3
Add oats, cereal, salt, and mixture into a bowl and stir to combine. Allow to cool before adding chocolate chips.
Step 4
Press into an 8x8 baking dish lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for an hour
Step 5
Cut into bars
