large, cut in half, or 4 small thin-cut
1 TbspCajun Seasoning
1 TbspRanch seasoning powder

Buffalo sauce
just a dollop on each breast
1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
Thick-cut
½ cupShredded mozzarella cheese
1 sleevecrackers
crushed
4 TbspButter
melted
1 tspParsley
for garnish

Instructions
Step 1
Add in some thin cut chicken breast,

then season with your favorite Cajun seasoning and some ranch powder.

Now brush buffalo sauce over each chicken breast,

then top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

Now, for that good crunch,

we're gonna crumble up one sleeve of Ritz crackers

and mix that with 4 tablespoons of melted butter.

spoon it over the chicken and press it in a little bit so it'll stick.

Top with parsley, then bake on 4:25 for about 20 minutes.
