Instructions

Step 1
Put eggs on kitchen counter. Bring pot of water to rolling boil. Put eggs in pot with slotted spoon. Boil 10 min. Prepare an ice bath in a bowl. Remove eggs from pot with slotted spoon and put them into ice bath. When cooled, peel eggs.
Step 2
Halve peeled hard boiled eggs with sharp knife. Remove yolks and mash with fork. Stir in mayo, vinegar, mustard and salt. Using a baby spoon or tiny spoon, spoon mix into egg white halves. Sprinkle paprika on them with fingers. Makes 12 servings.
