Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Hollow out peppers.
Step 2
Brown beef in oil. Add onion, garlic, cook 3 min.
Step 3
Mix in rice, tomato sauce, oregano, salt, pepper, spinach.
Step 4
Stuff peppers with mixture. Top with cheese.
Step 5
Bake covered 25 min, uncover and bake 10 min more.
Step 6
Serve. Deconstruct for toddlers if needed.
