Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, whisk eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing until a smooth batter forms.
Step 3
Heat coconut oil or butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Step 4
Pour small rounds of batter onto the pan, cooking until bubbles form on the surface.
Step 5
Flip pancakes and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Step 6
Repeat this with the remaining batter and serve it warm.
