Instructions

Potato wedges

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F
Step 2
Coat potatoes with oil and toss with salt. Lay onto sheet tray and bake in oven for 45min-1hr
Step 3
Cool potatoes to room temperature. Cut into halves lengthwise, then into halves or thirds
Step 4
Heat enough oil to coat the bottom of a pan. add potato wedges, cooking on each side until golden brown and crispy, 2-3min per side
Step 5
Remove potatoes from pan and drain on paper towels or wire rack, season immediately

Steak

Step 6
Cook steak :) either in pan or on grill. Start when potatoes are out of oven
