2 TbspGround Coriander
2 TbspGround Cumin
1 TbspGround Paprika
1 Tbspground turmeric
½ cupolive oil
salt

Instructions
Step 1
1. Toast Cumin, coriander and carraway seeds together. Crush with mortar and
pestle.
2. Toast Cashews.
3. Add all spices and cashews into blender, blend until smooth. (tomatoes for
addition later)
4. Brown and set aside onions (2 med/large).
5. Brown and set aside meat (approx. 1kg).
6. Fry off curry paste
7. Add onion, meat, coconut cream and veggies.
8. Serve with rice.
