Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Step 2
Gently mix turkey, apple, egg, garlic, bread crumbs, sage, pepper, onion powder, salt, allspice, and 1 tbsp oil in a bowl with your hands, taking care not to overmix. Wet hands to avoid sticking and form into 1-inch meatballs.
Step 3
Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add meatballs and sear all sides until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Transfer out of pan and place on baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake until cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
