Teriyaki Chicken
. Chicken Thighs (cook in cast iron)
.Frozen Peas
.Hard Boiled Eggs
Sauce:
- 2 Cups water
- 1 Cup low sodium soy sauce
- 6 Chicken bullion cubes
- 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 1_1/2 Cups granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
Put 1/2 sauce in the pan with the chicken to simmer and carmelize.
With the other half of the sauce add 2 Tbsp of cornstarch with water to thicken
