0.5 headgreen cabbage
thinly sliced
1carrot
medium, julienned
3cloves garlic
minced
1 tablespoonfresh ginger
grated
¼ teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes

2green onions
sliced, for garnish

Sauce:
Instructions
Step 1
Chop all vegetables and prepare rice if having.
Step 2
Prepare sauce and set aside.
Step 3
Brown ground beef then set aside.
Step 4
Heat oil then add carrots, garlic, ginger and pepper flakes. Once aromatic, then stir fry cabbage until tender,
Step 5
Stir in ground beef and sauce. Then at very end top with green onion and serve over rice.
