Instructions
Step 1
1) Saute onion in olive oil till soft

2) add couscous and Tumeric to the pan and stir till combined
Step 3
3) Add water/stock and bring to a boil
Step 4
4) simmer covered on low for 15 min or until liquid is absorbed and couscous is soft
