Ingredients

3 cupsflour
1 ½ teaspoonsbaking powder
1 ½ teaspoonsground cinnamon
½ teaspoonbaking soda
¾ teaspoonkosher salt
1 ¾ cupsbrown sugar
1 cupapple cider
Boiled from 2 cup
¾ cupolive oil
¾ cupunsweetened applesauce
2 teaspoonsvanilla extract
3eggs
large, room temperature

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, spray or butter 2 bread pans.
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, baking soda, and kosher salt.
Step 3
In your kitchen aid or like, whisk the cane sugar, apple cider, olive oil, applesauce, vanilla extract, and eggs until well combined.
Step 4
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
Step 5
Split the batter into the two prepared 9x5 bread pan and smooth the top.
Step 6
Bake for 45-50 mins until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean. Pull out of oven and place on cooling rack.
Step 7
While cooling add melted butter to top of bread and spread cinnamon sugar mix over top to liking.
