For the Marinade
1.5 lbsBoneless chicken
2 tbl spoonsTomato paste
4 tbl spoonsOlive oil
1lemon
Lemon juice of

1 tbl spoonground cumin
2 tspchili powder
2 tsppaprika
1 tsptumeric
1 tsponion powder
1 tspblack pepper
1 tspsalt
4 tbl spoonsYogurt greek

Instructions
Step 1
Cut chicken into small pieces
Step 2
Mix into marinade and let it marinate in the fridge for 2 hours
Step 3
Mix sauce together, garlic and pepper to taste
Step 4
Put chicken in baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, bake at 425 for 40min
Step 5
Thinly slice red onion and add lemon juice salt and sugar all into a bowl and cover in plastic wrap then microwave for 30 sec. Toss every few min until chicken is done
