One-pan protein spaghetti

Instructions
Step 1
Boil the kettle to prepare 1.3 litres of hot water.
Step 2
Put the spaghetti and tomatoes into a wide pan.
Step 3
Add the lemon zest, oil, and red lentils.
Step 4
Pour in all 1.3 litres of boiling water, cover, and bring to the boil.
Step 5
When boiling, remove the lid and simmer on high for 6 minutes, turning the spaghetti every 30 seconds.
Step 6
Add the kale and frozen peas and cook for 2 more minutes.
Step 7
When most of the water has evaporated and the pasta is glossy, remove from the heat and serve.
