Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 and line baking sheet with parchment paper. In mixing bowl, combine warm water, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Step 2
Gradually add 3 cups flour. Add additional flour until dough is no longer sticky. Knead by hand for 3 minutes then cut into bite size pieces
Step 3
Bring 9 cups of water and the baking soda to a boil. Add pretzel bites in for 20 seconds at a time then transfer to baking sheet. Brush the pretzel bites with egg wash and sprinkle with salt. Bake 10 minutes then broil until golden brown
