Instructions

Step 1
Wash fruit and veggies before use.
Step 2
Wash hands before and after preparation.
Step 3
Gather cooking tools: saucepan, frying pan, garlic press, colander.
Step 4
Cook penne pasta in boiling water until al dente, then drain.
Step 5
In a frying pan, cook pork mince with garlic and Italian herbs until browned.

Add tomatoes, onion, garlic, red wine stock, Worcester sauce, and water. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Stir in baby spinach until wilted.

Mix in grated mature cheddar until melted.
