Boil sausages, uncovered, for 20 minutes on medium heat

Drain sausages and allow to cool

Slice sausages

Place sausages in a large skillet along with olive oil and green onions

Put large skillet on medium-high heat

Wait until sausages are 2/3 browned

Once 2/3 browned, Stir in sliced mushrooms

Wait until sausages are fully browned

Add white wine

Stir in sliced bell peppers to skillet and cover

Wait until bell peppers are soft

Add chicken broth

Stir well and wait until everything has browned

Add cajun, salt, black pepper and tomato paste

Turn skillet down to medium-low heat

Add 10% cream

Mix corn starch and cold water in a separate bowl until fully dissolved
