Instructions

Step 1
Brown meat and remove from pot
Step 2
Add 1 onion, 3 cloves garlic, 1 tsp cumin and chili powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, salt, and mustard powder to the pot. Cook on medium until onions are clear
Step 3
Add the rest to the pot. Bring to a boil then simmer for 1 hour. With 30 minutes remaining, chop sweet potato then roast in air fryer or toaster oven. Add to chili when cooked.
