Step 1
Cook bacon in oven.
Sauté butter, 2 onions, and 2 floves garlic in pot. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Slowly add 3 cups milk, 2.5 cups water, 3 tsp stock concentrate, and 4 diced potatoes. Bring to a boil.
Step 3
Add bacon, 2 chopped heads of broccoli, 1 chopped jalepeno, 1 cup cheddar cheese, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with cheese and sour cream.
