Allergy friendly potato, broccoli carrot Tots
SAVE this allergy friendly recipe idea, great for batch cooking. Tag someone that needs to make these 😍
🥦Mixed Veg Tots 🥕
200g potato
100g carrot
50-60g broccoli
Steam your veggies then mash well and combine. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 25-30mims on 180 c.
Perfectly ok to add cheese and an egg if you like for extra protein.
A top tip with here is to make sure you don’t overcook veggies so they go soggy as that means they retain too much water and do not hold their shape.
