2 ¼ tspExtra Virgin Olive Oil
1.5 lbsGround Turkey
Extra Lean
1yellow onion
chopped
1 ½ cupsdiced tomatoes
1 ½ cupsCrushed Tomatoes
1 ½ cupsBlack Beans
cooked, rinsed
1 ½ cupsRed Kidney Beans
cooked, rinsed
2carrots
diced
4stalks celery
chopped
1red bell pepper
chopped
1jalapeno pepper
chopped
3 Tbspchili powder
2 tspcumin
0.5 TbspCayenne Pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a large dutch oven over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and onion and saute for about five to seven minutes, or until the turkey is cooked through.
Step 2
Add all of the remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Divide into bowls, serve and enjoy!
