Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine.

Prepare the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, tortellini, Alfredo sauce, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix well until everything is coated.

Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread it evenly.

Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.
