Instructions

Step 1
Prepare the Stations: Get three bowls/plates ready.
Step 2
Bowl 1 (Chicken): Lay out the chicken cutlets.
Step 3
Bowl 2 (Eggs): Crack and beat the eggs.
Step 4
Bowl 3 (Dry): Mix the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese together.
Step 5
The "Triple Season" Method: As per your preference, sprinkle a little bit of the Seasoning Blend directly onto the raw chicken, whisk some into the eggs, and mix the rest into the breadcrumb bowl.
Step 6
Dredge: Dip the seasoned chicken into the eggs, letting the excess drip off, then press firmly into the breadcrumb/cheese mixture to coat.
Step 7
Fry: Fry in oil over medium-high heat until golden brown and crispy (about 3–4 minutes per side).
