Instructions
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 160 C
Step 2
Fry the chops on both sides to seal & then set aside to rest in a small roasting tray.
Step 3
Fry the onions until they are translucent & add the apple & cranberry sauces & season well with salt & black pepper.
Step 4
Mix well then spoon the mixture over the meat. Cover with foul & roast in the oven for approx 1 hour.
Step 5
Transfer the meat on to a plate & keep warm.
Step 6
Crumble the stock cubes in to a small bowl with the cornflour & create a slurry with a cup of cold water.
Step 7
Add the slurry to the roasting tin with the wine & thicken over a medium heat.
Step 8
Once the sauce is a your desired consistency, spoon over your pork & serve with roast potatoes or mashed potatoes with some veg.
